TAH Management provides investment advice directly to pooled investment vehicles, not to individual investors. TAH Management does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of any investor, and investors may not impose investment restrictions on a fund. The firm seeks to maximize returns primarily through purchasing securities of companies listed on stock exchanges in developed markets.
TAH Management receives a management fee based on the value of each investor’s account in the Master-Feeder Funds, ranging from 0.5% to 1.0% per year. The fee is adjusted monthly or quarterly. TAH Management also receives a management fee of 1% per year based on the value of the investor’s account in the SPV. TAH Management may also receive performance-based compensation.
