Fee Structure
TSP Advisors manages investments for private equity funds and receives an asset-based management fee and a share of the fund's distributions (carried interest). The management fee is equal to a budgeted amount of net operating expenses for each calendar year, mutually agreed upon by the fund's general partner and advisory committee. Carried interest is a portion of the proceeds from the disposition of a fund's investments. Fees are deducted directly from fund assets.
