Camelot Capital Partners manages investments for pooled investment vehicles, known as funds. Camelot makes investment decisions, reviews investment processes, evaluates investments, and monitors fund performance. Camelot tailors its investment strategies to the funds, not the individual investors within those funds. Camelot invests primarily in UK and US equities markets.
Camelot Capital Partners does not charge a traditional management fee. Instead, the funds pay for Camelot's operating expenses, capped at 2% of the fund's net assets. Camelot also receives a performance fee of 20% of the amount by which the fund's closing net asset value exceeds a benchmark asset value.
