Fee Structure
Ikarian Capital charges management fees for its advisory services.
For private investment funds, the annual management fee is 1.5% for Founders Class interests and 2.0% for Class B interests, calculated and paid monthly in advance. An affiliate also receives a performance-based allocation of 15% for Founders Class and 20% for Class B accounts of net profits, exceeding any prior losses, calculated annually.
For separately managed accounts, management fees are negotiated and can range up to 2.0% annually of the account's asset value, payable monthly or quarterly. Ikarian may also receive a performance-based fee of up to 24% annually of net profits, exceeding prior losses, payable quarterly or annually.
