DGS Capital Management offers direct indexing services specializing in tax-efficient, factor-based, and values-based investing. They also offer fixed-income portfolio management. DGS provides a turnkey asset management program (TAMP) to select advisors using their direct indexing strategies. For a limited number of clients, DGS offers wealth management services, but they are not currently accepting new wealth management relationships.
Fee Structure
DGS Capital Management charges an annual fee based on a percentage of the assets they manage. The fees are typically paid quarterly.
For direct indexing strategies:
- Plain Indexing: 0.25% of assets
- Factor-Investing add-on: Additional 0.05% of assets
- Tax-Management add-on: Additional 0.10% of assets
- Values-Investing add-on: Additional 0.15% of assets
For wealth management services, the fee is 1.00% of assets, subject to a $10,000 yearly minimum per household. DGS may offer a flat annual retainer fee instead of a percentage-based fee.
