Kaleidoscope Capital manages these investments on a discretionary basis, following the investment objectives and strategies outlined in each fund's offering documents. Kaleidoscope Capital also provides investment and advisory services to Separately Managed Accounts that pursue relative value trading strategies.
Fee Structure
Kaleidoscope Capital manages investments for various funds, including the Prism Fund and the Fractal Fund. Fees vary depending on the fund and share class.
For the Prism Fund, investors are charged a management fee of 0.75% annually, based on the capital account balance. There is also a performance-based incentive allocation equal to 20% of net capital appreciation above a benchmark.
For the Fractal Fund, management fees and performance allocations vary depending on the share class (A-F, A-1, A-3, D, and E). Management fees are generally 1.0% annually. Performance allocations range from 15% to 30% of net increase above a hurdle amount, depending on the share class.
