JAHD Management Company, LLC (Elephant) provides discretionary investment advice to private investment vehicles, seeking long-term capital appreciation, primarily through private investments in software, consumer internet, and mobile companies. Elephant sources, identifies, evaluates, structures, negotiates, and executes investments on behalf of the funds, manages and monitors performance, and disposes of investments. Elephant may also make opportunistic investments, subject to the objectives and restrictions of each fund.
