Sender Company & Partners manages investments for hedge funds (Global Volatility Voyageur Master, Ltd. and its feeder funds) and separately managed accounts. The firm's investment strategy seeks to identify and exploit volatility within capital markets with directional, primarily short-term trading of marketable securities. The firm does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of fund investors, but does tailor its services to the needs of separately managed accounts.
Fee Structure
Sender Company & Partners manages investments for hedge funds and separately managed accounts. The firm charges the hedge funds a quarterly management fee equal to 0.4375% (or 1.75% annually) of the fund's net asset value. The firm also receives a performance allocation from the funds. Management fees for separately managed accounts are defined in the client's investment management agreement and may be charged monthly or quarterly, in advance or in arrears, or as otherwise negotiated with the client.
