Fee Structure
The Fauser Group offers two investment management services with fees based on the value of your portfolio. The fees are calculated monthly based on the average daily value of your account.
Comprehensive Investment Advisory:
- Up to $249,999.99: 1.50% per year
- $250,000 to $499,999.99: 1.25% per year
- $500,000 to $999,999.99: 1.00% per year
- $1,000,000 to $2,499,999.99: 0.85% per year
- $2,500,000 to $5,000,000: 0.70% per year
- Over $5,000,000: Negotiated
Asset Management:
- Up to $249,999.99: 1.25% per year
- $250,000 to $499,999.99: 1.20% per year
- $500,000 to $999,999.99: 0.90% per year
- $1,000,000 to $2,499,999.99: 0.70% per year
- $2,500,000 to $5,000,000: 0.50% per year
- Over $5,000,000: Negotiated
The fees are negotiable for accounts over $5,000,000.
