Energy Impact Partners (EIP) provides investment advice to private investment funds. EIP focuses on supporting the growth of the energy ecosystem towards a more digitized, decentralized, decarbonized, and electrified future. EIP collaborates with industrial partners and makes venture, growth, buyout, and credit investments in key areas of the energy transition. EIP does not tailor its investment advisory services to the needs of individual investors.
Energy Impact Partners (EIP) manages investment funds and charges a management fee that is paid quarterly in advance. EIP may also receive a performance-based fee equal to 20% of the fund's realized profits, subject to a preferred return. The management fee is typically 2.00% of the aggregate capital commitments or the cost basis of the portfolio securities held by the funds, depending on the fund and the period. These fees may be offset by certain fees paid by portfolio companies. EIP may also receive fees from co-investment vehicles.
