Speyside Fund Advisers provides investment advisory services to a privately pooled investment vehicle (the “Fund”) and to a special purpose vehicle for co-investments. The Fund is managed according to its investment objectives and restrictions, as outlined in its governing documents. Speyside does not tailor the Fund to any particular private fund investor.
Fee Structure
Speyside Fund Advisers generally receives compensation for advisory services to the Fund based on a percentage of assets under management and performance-based amounts. The Fund generally pays Speyside an annual advisory fee equal to 2.5% of the capital commitments during a specified investment period. Following the end of the investment period, the Management Fee of the Fund is equal to 2.5% of the invested capital outstanding, reduced by 10% per year thereafter, but not less than 1.5% of aggregate commitments. The Management Fee is payable quarterly in advance.
