Fee Structure
Ottawa Avenue Private Capital manages investments for the RDV Clients and also sponsors private funds for third-party investors. The fees for RDV Clients are based on a percentage of assets under management and a percentage of realized gains. The Funds charge an asset-based management fee, paid quarterly in advance, and a carried interest allocation from each Fund after certain performance hurdles have been met.
