Teleios Capital Partners provides investment advisory services on a discretionary basis. The firm advises pooled investment vehicles (the Funds) and a single-investor separately managed account (SMA). Teleios does not tailor advisory services to the individual needs of the investors in the Funds. Some clients, including the SMA, may impose restrictions on investing the assets of their accounts in particular types of securities and other financial instruments.
Fee Structure
Teleios Capital Partners charges an asset-based fee ranging from 0% to 1.75% per year of the client's net assets. The firm also receives performance-based compensation ranging from 0% to 25% of net capital appreciation, subject to a loss carryforward and/or a hurdle amount. Fees for separately managed accounts are separately negotiated and include an asset-based fee and performance-based compensation.
