Minimum Investment:$10M
Investment management only (planning not offered)

US Agriculture manages investments in agriculture and farmland. Here's how their fees work:

  • Managed Accounts: Fees are negotiated with each client, typically around 1% annually of called or uncalled capital, or the gross asset value of investments. Some accounts also pay an incentive fee based on profits above a certain threshold, ranging from 10% to 20% annually.
  • US Core Farmland Fund LP: The fund pays US Agriculture a management fee of 1% per year, reduced to 0.75% for early investors or those contributing $100 million or more. US Agriculture may waive or reduce fees at its discretion.
