Eagle Realty Capital Partners (ERCP) provides opportunities for third-party investors to co-invest with Western & Southern Financial Group (W&SFG) in select real estate investments. ERCP manages these investments through pooled investment vehicles on a non-discretionary basis. ERCP focuses on equity investments, but may also source mortgage and mezzanine loan investments. Currently, ERCP offers co-investment opportunities within two strategies: Multifamily Build/Stabilize/Sell and Multifamily Acquisition and Value-Add. ERCP does not provide investment advisory services directly to co-investors, who make their own investment decisions.
