AGR Partners provides investment management and advisory services to privately offered pooled investment vehicles, focusing on investments in companies throughout the agriculture value chain in the United States and select international arenas. AGR does not tailor its investment advice to the individual investors in each private fund that it manages. Deal sourcing is the direct responsibility of the Firm’s senior investment professionals.
Fee Structure
AGR Partners charges each private fund a management fee based on an annualized rate applied to capital commitments and/or invested capital. AGR may also charge performance-based incentive fees to qualified clients, typically ranging between 10% and 20% above a designated benchmark. These fees are deducted from the private fund on a quarterly basis in advance. Fees and other compensation are negotiable in certain circumstances.
