VELT Partners offers investment advice and manages investments for a fund and a managed account, as well as Brazilian-based funds for Brazilian investors. The firm manages the fund according to its private placement memorandum and manages the managed account according to the investor's risk profile and objectives. Investors in the fund may invest in illiquid strategies, primarily securities of private Brazilian companies.
Fee Structure
VELT Partners generally receives a management fee equal to an amount between 1.0% and 1.25% per year of the net asset value of each investor’s contribution in the Fund. The Managed Account can elect to be directly billed for the management fees or to authorize VELT Partners to directly debit such management fee from its account, as it does for the Fund. VELT Partners will also receive a performance fee from the Fund and the Managed Account.
