Fee Structure
ATW Partners manages investments for private funds and special purpose vehicles. The firm charges a management fee based on the amount of the client's commitment under management. The management fee is typically up to 2% annually for the funds and 1% annually for the SPVs, payable quarterly in advance. Clients also pay an incentive fee of up to 20% of income, gains, and losses from portfolio investments.
