Taylor Morgan Capital Management (TMCM) provides investment advice to two investment funds: Taylor Morgan Global Appreciation Fund, LP and TMC Quant Equities Fund, LLC. TMCM's investment strategies aim for capital appreciation through systematic global macro asset allocation and quantitative algorithms. TMCM does not provide tailored investment advice to individual investors in the Funds. A minimum investment of $100,000 is required for Taylor Morgan Global Appreciation Fund, LP and $500,000 for TMC Quant Equities Fund, LLC.
Fee Structure
Taylor Morgan Capital Management (TMCM) manages investment funds and receives a management fee of 2% per year, assessed monthly. TMCM also receives a performance allocation equal to 20% of the net profit allocated to each investor, subject to a loss carry-forward provision.
