Fee Structure
True Partner Capital does not directly manage investments for individual investors. The firm manages investments for pooled investment vehicles. TP Advisor receives a monthly management fee based on each investor’s share of the applicable True Partner Fund’s net asset value.
For TP Offshore Feeder Fund Classes A, B, C and D investors, it is approximately 1% annually. The minimum initial investment amount which will be accepted from a new Class A and B investor is US$10,000,000, and from a new Class C and D investor it is €10,000,000.
For TP Offshore Feeder Fund Class E investors, it is approximately 2% annually. The minimum initial investment amount which will be accepted from a Class E investors is US$1,000,000.
For TP Onshore Feeder Fund investors, it is approximately 2% annually.
