Fee Structure
Dunham Lane Capital Partners manages investments through separately managed accounts. The annual management fee can range up to 2.0% of the value of your portfolio. This fee is calculated daily and charged quarterly. Qualified clients may also pay a performance-based fee, ranging from 15.0% to 25.0% of the gains in the account each quarter, after any prior losses have been recovered.
