Fee Structure
Battle Investment Group manages private equity funds. Investors in the funds generally pay an annual management fee of 2.0% of their capital commitments during the investment period. After the investment period, the fee is 2.0% of the lesser of the cost basis or fair market value of the remaining investments. The general partners of the funds are also entitled to receive carried interest based on a specific waterfall structure.
