Fee Structure
New Harbor Capital manages investments for private funds. The General Partner of each fund receives a management fee, calculated as a percentage of investor commitments or unreturned investment capital. The management fee is reduced by a portion of fees received from portfolio companies. The General Partner also receives carried interest based on a percentage of the fund's profits, subject to certain hurdle rates. New Harbor Manatee Fund pays an annual fee equal to 1% per annum of the non-affiliated partners’ percentage of an amount equal to the aggregate amount of investment contributions with respect to investments that have not been disposed of or completely written -off for U.S. federal income tax purposes.
