Orthogon Partners manages private investment funds, seeking returns from illiquid or less commonly understood assets. They invest in joint ventures within the countries where the target assets are located. Orthogon's Investment Committee establishes investment guidelines, approves investment decisions, and manages existing investments. Investors in the Orthogon Funds must be either a Qualified Purchaser or an Accredited Investor.
Orthogon Partners manages private investment funds and charges an annual asset-based management fee of up to 1.25% of contributed, unreturned capital. They may also charge an additional 0.25% commitment fee. Orthogon members, employees, and affiliates invested in the Orthogon Funds are not subject to these asset-based management fees.
