Kendall James Advisors provides portfolio management services on a discretionary basis. The firm gathers information from clients to recommend an initial portfolio, and provides continuous supervision and re-balancing. The firm primarily invests in common stocks with a value investment mentality, and may invest in cash, cash equivalents, or low duration bonds when undervalued securities are not available.
Kendall James Advisors charges different fees based on whether you are considered a "qualified client."
For non-qualified clients, the fee is 0.5% per quarter, which equals 2% per year, based on the value of your investments.
