The firm manages investments for a mortgage real estate investment trust (REIT), a privately-owned proprietary investment vehicle, and may in the future advise private funds and separately managed accounts. Fee Structure
Tremont Realty Capital's fees are individually negotiated and can include management fees based on a percentage of the client's equity and performance-based fees. The firm does not have a set fee schedule. Fees are generally assessed monthly or quarterly.
