The funds may engage in short selling, hedging, and margin trading. SoMa does not tailor its services to individual investor needs and does not accept investor-imposed investment restrictions.
SoMa Equity Partners manages investments for private funds and charges an annual management fee ranging from 1.0% to 2.0% of the net assets under management, payable monthly in advance. SoMa may also receive performance-based compensation, which can vary from 15.0% to 20.0% of a fund's net profits. Investors do not have the ability to be billed individually or directly for advisory fees incurred.
