For assets under $100,000, an hourly charge of $300 will apply in addition to the basic investment platform charge. If the client prefers to use a different software or platform, any additional fees charged by an alternate platform will be added to these percentages, but will never exceed 2% of assets under management unless the client chooses to incur additional hourly charges for the management of assets totaling less than $100,000.
