Fee Structure
RM Adviser manages investments for real estate investment trusts (REITs) and special purpose entities.
For the Income REIT, RM Adviser receives a monthly asset management fee at an annualized rate of 1.00% of the total equity value.
For the Apartment Growth REIT, RM Adviser receives a monthly asset management fee at an annualized rate of 1.25% of the total equity value.
These fees are paid directly from the REITs' assets, not by individual investors.
