Elemental offers a proprietary Ascend Portfolio Strategy, a highly aggressive growth strategy focused on the technology sector. Clients are required to acknowledge the risks associated with this strategy. Elemental reviews client financial circumstances and investment objectives at least annually. Clients are not permitted to impose restrictions on investing in certain securities.
Fee Structure
Elemental Capital Partners charges a management fee based on the value of your portfolio at the end of each calendar quarter. The annual management fee will not exceed 3.0% of the value of your portfolio. The specific fee and payment terms are detailed in your investment management agreement. Fees are paid after the end of each quarter.
