Berkeley Partners Management (BPM) provides investment advice for real estate assets. BPM manages investments for privately held pooled investment funds and joint ventures or separately managed accounts. BPM and its affiliates specialize in light industrial real estate investment and management. BPM does not provide investment advice to individual investors in the Funds.
Fee Structure
Berkeley Partners Management does not directly manage investments for individual investors. The firm manages investments for pooled investment vehicles (Funds) and managed accounts. Management fees for Funds are 1.5% per year of the Capital Commitments, and after the Investment Period, 1.5% per year of the Net Invested Equity. Performance-based fees are 20%. Management and performance-based fees for Managed Accounts are fully negotiable.
