Fee Structure
Olive Tree Capital receives a management fee from each investor in the fund, calculated as a percentage of each investor’s capital contribution. The management fee varies by fund and can range from a one-time, upfront fee up to 2% or an annualized fee ranging up to 1.5% depending on the vehicle and the size of the investor’s capital contribution. An affiliate of Olive Tree Capital receives a percentage of profits made by each Fund.
