Vitality Capital Management (VCM) offers investment management and financial planning services. VCM manages investment portfolios based on individual client goals and risk tolerance. Financial planning services are offered on an hourly or fixed-fee basis, covering investments, real estate, taxes, estate planning, and insurance. VCM also provides accounting and tax preparation services through a third party. VCM does not sell commissioned products.
Fee Structure
Vitality Capital Management (VCM) offers two investment management options with fees based on the amount of your portfolio: Investment Management and Holistic Capital Management.
Investment Management: VCM charges a percentage of your portfolio each year, with no minimum annual fee or minimum balance requirements.
- Up to $500,000: 0.50% per year
- $500,001 to $2,000,000: 0.40% per year
- $2,000,001 to $5,000,000: 0.30% per year
- $5,000,001 to $10,000,000: 0.25% per year
- $10,000,001 & above: 0.20% per year
Holistic Capital Management: VCM charges a percentage of your portfolio each year, with a minimum annual fee of $3,600 that may be waived or reduced depending on the scope of services provided.
- Up to $500,000: 1.00% per year
- $500,001 to $1,000,000: 0.90% per year
- $1,000,001 to $5,000,000: 0.75% per year
- $5,000,001 to $10,000,000: 0.50% per year
- $10,000,001 & above: 0.30% per year
VCM also charges a 0.1% to 0.2% fee on cash or cash equivalents for both options. Fees may be negotiable, and accounts within the same household may be combined for a reduced fee.
