Sepulveda Management is owned by The TCW Group, Inc., WAM Capital LLC, certain members of the investment team, and other minority owners.
Fee Structure
Sepulveda Management charges investment management fees calculated as a percentage of the market value of assets under management. These fees are typically deducted from the assets managed for Funds, and billed to separate accounts.
For separate accounts, the expected management fee is 1.5% per year, but may be negotiable.
For TCW Sepulveda Long/Short Equity Fund I LP and TCW Sepulveda Long/Short Equity Master Fund, Ltd., the monthly management fee is typically 0.125% (1.5% per year) of the month-end net asset value. For the TCW Sepulveda Focused Value Fund, LP, the monthly management fee is typically 0.0625% (0.75% per annum) of the month-end net asset value.
