Fee Structure
Kalamata Asset Management (KAM) manages investments for private funds and charges an advisory fee based on the value of the assets they manage, up to 3.0%. As the value of the assets under management grows past certain tiers, the fee decreases, eventually reaching 2.0% once the value of the assets under management exceeds $175 million. KAM has the authority to negotiate fees, and fees may differ between funds and investors. The advisory fee is charged monthly and paid based on performance.
