Fee Structure
Broad Bay Capital Management provides investment advisory services to private investment funds and a managed account. The firm receives compensation from management fees based on a percentage of assets under management and incentive allocations. The management fee is up to 1.75% of net asset value on an annualized basis, depending on the class of interests or shares held. An affiliate of Broad Bay is entitled to receive an annual incentive allocation ranging from 15% to 20% of new realized and unrealized income and gains, subject to a high watermark.
