Asana Partners is an investment advisor that manages private real estate funds. These funds invest in value-add and core neighborhood retail properties, as well as real estate debt, primarily in the United States. Asana Partners is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the funds' investment portfolios. Investments in the Funds are not suitable for investors who are not sophisticated investors, who have a need for liquidity in or consistently recurring income from their investment, or who are not able to bear the loss of their entire investment.
Fee Structure
Asana Partners manages investment funds and charges a management fee based on a percentage of capital commitments, capital contributions, or net asset value. These fees are generally paid quarterly. The firm may also receive performance-based fees and carried interest distributions from the funds.
