Pledge Capital offers two types of investment management services:
- Discretionary Investment Management: For qualified clients, Pledge Capital charges an annual asset-based fee (up to 0.75%) and a performance-based profit allocation (up to 15%). The asset-based fee is billed quarterly. The performance fee is subject to a "high water mark" provision, meaning it's only deducted when the account value exceeds the highest historic value within a 5-year period.
- Non-Discretionary Investment Management: Pledge Capital charges an annual asset-based fee of up to 2.50%, billed quarterly.
