Fee Structure
Sand Grove Capital Management's fees are set forth in detail in each client's governing documents. Certain Opportunities Fund investors pay a monthly management fee based on their capital account balance or net asset value. The management fees for other accounts are individually negotiated. Sand Grove also receives performance-based compensation from some accounts.
