Single-Issuer Funds (SIFs):
- Set-up Fee: 1-5% of your initial investment (may be waived or reduced).
- Management Fee: 1-5% of your investment, charged either as a one-time fee, a fixed percentage yearly, or as an accrued fee calculated annually.
- Carried Interest: 10-20% of the profits distributed to certain investors.
- Redemption Fee: 1-2% of the amount you redeem (may be waived or reduced).
Multi-Issuer Funds (MIFs):
- Management Fee: 0-5% annually.
- Carried Interest: Up to 20% of profits. FGA may waive, reduce, or change the fee structure for certain investors.
