Fairmount Funds Management provides investment management services to qualified investors through its privately placed pooled investment vehicles, focusing on healthcare and life science companies. Investments include common stock, preferred shares, warrants, options, exchange-traded funds, and investments in privately held companies. Fairmount does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of any investor.
Fee Structure
Fairmount Funds Management manages investments for pooled investment vehicles (the "Funds"). Fairmount receives a flat management fee of 1.25% per year based on the net asset value of each investor's capital account. These fees are paid quarterly in advance and are directly deducted from client accounts. Fairmount does not receive a management fee for Co-Invest III or Co-Invest IV.
