Greyhawk Advisors provides ongoing portfolio management based on individual client goals and risk tolerance. They create investment plans and may use model portfolios. Greyhawk also offers financial planning covering investments, insurance, taxes, retirement, college, and debt. They primarily recommend equities but may use other securities for diversification. Clients can impose restrictions on investments, but Greyhawk may terminate the relationship if the restrictions hinder their ability to service the account.
Greyhawk Advisors charges accredited clients an annual fee of 1.00% of the value of your portfolio, plus 12.00% of any capital appreciation. If your portfolio increases in value, you'll pay 12.00% of that increase. If the portfolio decreases, you won't pay a new performance fee until it reaches the previous highest value, adjusted for withdrawals and deposits. These fees are negotiable.
