Fee Structure
Stonehedge Capital Management charges a management fee for its services. For example, the monthly management fee charged to the Fund is equal to 0.125% (1.5% annualized) of each investor’s share of the Fund’s net asset value. The fees for separately managed accounts are negotiable and may be charged in advance or in arrears on a quarterly or annual basis.
