Fee Structure
TriLinc Global Advisors charges an annual management fee of 1.25% of the indirect investment in the master funds, calculated and payable quarterly. For certain non-U.S. investors, the management fee is up to 1.75% annually. Additionally, TriLinc Global Advisors charges a performance-based fee after investors receive a 7% annualized preferred return, with specific catch-up provisions and profit-sharing allocations detailed in the fund documents.
