Fee Structure
TriLinc Global Advisors manages investments for private funds. Investors in these funds pay a management fee, calculated quarterly, of 1.25% annually of the indirect investment into the master funds. For certain investors outside the US, this fee can be up to 1.75%. The funds also pay TLGA a performance allocation, which is an incentive based on the increase in the investor's capital account, subject to a preferred return of 7%.
