Fee Structure
JLL Partners provides investment advisory services to its Funds. As compensation, JLL receives an annual management fee from each Fund, payable quarterly in advance. The management fee is generally based on aggregate capital commitments of the limited partners during the commitment period and then asset-based or a combination of asset-based and unfunded commitments thereafter. The General Partners of the Funds are also entitled to receive carried interest of up to 20% of profits on distributions derived from the disposition of investments following a preferred return to the limited partners.
