Fee Structure
Caius Capital manages investments for its Master Fund and separately managed accounts. The Master Fund has different share classes with varying management and performance fees. For example, Class A shares pay a 1.5% annual management fee and a 20% annual performance fee. Separately managed accounts are charged a management fee and a performance fee, as detailed in their investment management agreements.
