Magnetar Asset Management is a multi-strategy alternative investment firm that advises investment companies, private investment funds, and separately managed accounts. Magnetar has full discretion in trading on behalf of its clients. The firm invests in a wide range of securities, derivatives, and other assets, pursuing single or multiple strategies. As of December 31, 2024, Magnetar had approximately $209 million in regulatory assets under management on a discretionary basis.
Fee Structure
Magnetar's fee schedule is not included in this brochure because it is only being delivered to qualified purchasers. Generally, arrangements include an asset-based and/or a performance-based component and will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis and may be lower than compensation paid by other Funds.
