Third North Capital provides investment advice, primarily through short selling equity and equity-related instruments. They work with managed accounts and private funds, and may hold cash, bonds, and other investments. Fees and investment strategies are detailed in each client's specific agreement.
Third North Capital manages investments for managed accounts and private funds. Fees for managed accounts generally range from 0.90% to 1.5% annually. Private funds pay a management fee based on a rate determined annually. Both managed accounts and private funds also pay a performance-based allocation, generally ranging from 5% to 20% annually, based on portfolio performance, and from 0% to 10% annually of net realized and unrealized trading gains, subject to a high-water mark.
