Eagle Equity Holdings provides investment advice through two portfolio strategies, which may include equities, exchange traded funds, commodities, options, and other derivative instruments. Eagle Equity seeks to understand clients' risk tolerance and may decline to accommodate certain investment restrictions. Clients enter into a written agreement that can be terminated with 30 days' notice. Eagle Equity manages accounts on a discretionary basis.
Eagle Equity charges an annual fee based on the value of your portfolio. For certain clients in the Emerging Opportunities Strategy Portfolio or Low Carbon Plus Strategy Portfolio, Eagle Equity may also charge a performance-based fee. Fees may be negotiated. Eagle Equity generally bills management fees monthly and performance-based fees at the end of each calendar year or when a client makes a withdrawal.
