Massif Capital provides investment management services to qualified clients through separately managed accounts and pooled investment vehicles (funds). For separately managed accounts, Massif creates customized portfolios based on the client's risk tolerance and investment objectives, using individual stocks, bonds, exchange-traded funds, and other investments. Massif also manages private funds. Massif has discretionary authority to select securities and execute transactions without prior permission from the client.
Fee Structure
Massif Capital offers investment management through separately managed accounts. Clients pay both a management fee and a performance fee. The annual management fee is 2.00% of the total assets. There is also an annual performance fee of 20.00%. These fees are negotiable.
